Integrity Towing Solutions LLC is seeking dedicated Tow Truck Drivers for day shifts to respond to private property impounds and assist law enforcement. The role includes on‑the‑job training, competitive pay, and benefits, with emphasis on safety and professional service.

Must be 23+, have a clean driving record and pass a background check; role requires flexible hours and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to towing and relocation requests from private properties and law enforcement.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the office and impound lot.
• Track impound lot inventory.
• Manage vehicle organization on the lot.
• Transport vehicles between lots as required to support operations.
• Stage vehicles to support auction events.
• Document vehicle condition with high-quality photos.
• Interact professionally with vehicle owners, property managers, and law enforcement.

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our crew as Tow Truck Driver - Day Agent. What You'll Do:

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Ability and willingness to works nights/weekends
• Must be at least 23 years old - insurance requirement
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report background check
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Acceptable Driving History:

Drivers must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have been licensed to drive for at least 3 total years
• No suspension for any reason within the last 5 years (including child support)
• No more than 3 total moving violation s within the last 3 years, including seatbelt violations
• No more than 1 of any moving violation type within the last 3 years (example - 2 speeding tickets not acceptable)
• No more than 1 accident within the last three years
• No more than 4 non-moving violations within the last 3 years (example - parking tickets, registration, and INCLUDING improper equipment
• None of the following major violations within the last 5 years: driving without a license, careless or reckless driving. anything drug or alcohol related, driving out of class, speeding in school or work zone, speeds 20 mph+ over the speed limit, leaving scene of accident , failure to stop for school bus/emergency vehicle, racing/drag racing
