Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record suitable for commercial vehicle operation.
• Ability to drive long and short distances safely and follow road and traffic safety practices.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions and handling physically demanding tasks.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and willingness to follow safety procedures consistently.
• Ability to read instructions and communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Experience operating tow trucks or similar service vehicles (preferred).
• Familiarity with basic vehicle towing and safe load securement practices (preferred).
• Prior customer service experience in a roadside or service environment (preferred).
• Basic mechanical aptitude to support routine inspections and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, on-call dispatch setting (preferred).
