Job summary

SUMMIT VIEW HOLDING COMPANY LLC is seeking a Tow Truck Driver to respond to roadside calls in the local area, provide emergency assistance, and recover vehicles. You will document each call, handle payments in the field, and maintain equipment for safety and readiness.

Ideal candidates have roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication skills. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Experience with basic roadside assistance (e.g., changing tires).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Applicants should not have a criminal record that would prevent tow work for insurers or authorities.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team! As a Tow Truck Driver on our team, you will be responding to calls from stranded motorists in the area and providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. You will also be maintaining excellent documentation of each call and accepting payments in the field as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair, has driven a tow truck before, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area


• Professionally and accurately assist the client by recovering the vehicle and bringing it to a designated location


• Maintain the tow truck and all of your equipment to ensure a safe working environment


• Maintain excellent records of calls responded to


• Write and present invoices to clients in the field and accept payment as needed

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid drivers license.


• Has a clean driving record and can exhibit safe driving skills


• Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Applicants must not have a criminal record or other disqualifying history that would prevent them from being approved or authorized to perform tows for insurance companies, local police departments, state trooper agency type of towing assignments.
