Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to expand knowledge base.
• Ability to communicate information clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Ability to read and understand information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Broad knowledge of the audio touring industry, Clair gear, and company processes.
• Strong knowledge of loading and unloading trucks (53' trailer).

Responsibilities

• Accurately track, manage, and utilize company assets.
• Control and maintain inventory levels for current and future projects; ensure shop efficiency.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to gather client information and translate proposals into active job orders.
• Handle multiple orders concurrently with correct and organized data.
• Provide departments with diagrams and information to build client orders.
• Oversee jobs from start to finish, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines.
• Perform final checks of orders, diagrams, and client data before gear loads out.
• Ensure field personnel have current equipment lists and diagrams for world-class service.
