Job summary

Manhead is seeking an experienced tour merchandising lead to drive product lines for live events, balancing brand integrity with revenue growth. You will collaborate with brand managers, coordinate with artist relations, and manage road operations and vendors across national tours.

Responsibilities include forecasting on-site sales, inventory planning, and ensuring precise financial settlements while traveling to key events as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tour and event merchandising for artists.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with inventory and vendor management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Brand Managers to develop tour merchandise lines maximizing sales while preserving branding and quality.
• Prepare tour projections for Clients and Artist Relations for financial planning and signings.
• Hire and manage day-to-day operations of road managers, staff and vendors.
• Liaise with artist managers on product viability, storage space, and on-road troubleshooting.
• Forecast on-site sales leveraging ticket counts and historical data to order and replenish inventory.
• Maintain accuracy within AtVenu and Manhead Internal Systems.
• Traffic all product shipments with Tour Logistics Coordinator to venues and warehouses.
• Work with accounting to ensure venue collections, client settlements, and 3rd party payments.
• Identify and manage international touring partners.
• Reconcilie ending inventory with tour warehouse manager and liquidate excess stock.
• Occasional travel to concerts, festivals, pop-up shops and award shows for merchandising and logistics.
