Job description

Position Overview

The position will coordinate and execute marketing events from a mobile coffee sampling truck in the Philadelphia Metro area for a restaurant chain. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the program, including event experience, set‑up, product ordering, sample preparation to restaurant standards, sampling for attendees, hiring and managing temporary staff, updating event logs, and reporting. Work involves 40+ hours per week, with approximately 15% in office and 85% in the field, including weekends and some holidays.

Compensation: depending on skill and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain orderly operations with food truck personnel
  • Ensure that DOH standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times
  • Organize supplies, prep area and storage areas daily
  • Must be Food ServSafe certified
  • Supervise use of equipment
  • Place orders for supplies and equipment cost‑efficiently; ensure proper inventory levels are maintained and stocked
  • Ensure samples are prepared and distributed to restaurant standards
  • Report on each event
