Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours for public visitors, groups, and special guests at Richmond location and during events.
• Greet guests, check-in, provide directions, water, and coat storage as needed.
• Deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences and explain tour logistics and retail offerings.
