Job Overview

Star Shuttle and Charter in Austin is seeking a part-time Tour Operator to drive Sprinters and Charter Buses on Hill Country tours. The ideal candidate is positive, outgoing, customer service-oriented, and comfortable speaking into a microphone while giving tours. Knowledge of Texas history is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Transport guests to/from designated locations safely, efficiently, and courteously.
2. Adhere to all local and state driving laws.
3. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and vehicles.
4. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any damages or maintenance needs.
5. Meet and greet passengers, communicate delays or issues, and document trips accurately.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class C or B driver’s license with Passenger Endorsement.
• Excellent driving record.
• Knowledge of local roads.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal).
• Available to work weekends.
• At least 1 year of driving experience.
