Job summary

Natural Bridge Caverns Inc is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Cavern Tour Guides in Texas. You will present engaging tours, share knowledge about the caverns, and ensure every guest has the best possible experience.

When not guiding, you’ll assist in retail or concessions and help keep our grounds and facilities clean and welcoming. No prior tourism or hospitality experience is required, as all training is conducted in-house within the first week.

Qualifications

• All training is done in-house; no prior tourism or hospitality experience required.
• Tour Guides should be energetic, happy, kind, knowledgeable, and patient.

Responsibilities

• Lead guests on cavern tours and deliver engaging, informative experiences.
• Assist guests in the retail or concession areas and operate the Point of Sale system.
• Help maintain clean and presentable grounds and facilities.

Tour Guides should present themselves as happy, kind, knowledgeable, and patient when speaking to guests. Every tour should be regarded as the best tour of the day. Even when our tour guides aren’t in the cave, they’ll be inside our retail or concession areas working our Point of Sale system or keeping our grounds and facilities clean and presentable. All training is done in-house, so experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is not required. Training can be done within the first week of employment and will be a mixture of hands‑on approaches and one‑on‑one training.
