Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face presentations in our state‑of‑the‑art sales centers located at an award‑winning resort.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners and articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure.
• Present and deliver the Tour Guide presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings and keep current on Tour Guide information, materials, industry trends and performance goals.
• Link product benefits to the customer’s vacation goals and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high‑energy environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a CA Real Estate License within 6 months of hire (we facilitate and subsidize this process).
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and professional with active listening skills.
• Ability to consistently achieve minimum production standards.
• General computer skills and experience working with tablets/smart devices.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who can work in a shared space.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Training & Development

All newly hired Tour Guides must complete a training module that is the most respected in the industry. Ongoing training is provided at each location to ensure your success.

Compensation

• Target annual compensation: $70,000 (including $16.90 hourly, per‑transaction payouts and opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus).
• Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
• Initial training period hourly wage: $16.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
• After training: state minimum wage per hour plus commissions and bonuses.
