You'll verify identities, manage CRM records, set up presentation spaces, and coordinate a smooth handoff to licensed Real Estate Agents. A California Real Estate license is pursued on the path to a licensed Sales role, with pre-licensing support.

The Tour Guide is the first point of contact for guests and owners, creating a welcoming and memorable arrival experience that reflects Travel + Leisure Co.'s commitment to hospitality. This role supports the guest journey by managing presentation check-in, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring a seamless transition to the licensed Sales team. In accordance with California Department of Real Estate (DRE) regulations, this position is strictly non-sales in nature while providing a structured pathway into a licensed Real Estate Sales role.

Travel + Leisure Co. provides comprehensive onboarding, compliance training, and support for obtaining a California Real Estate License, including pre-licensing coursework and examination fees. Upon successful licensure, associates become eligible to transition into a commissioned Sales Associate role, creating opportunities for continued career growth within the organization.
Hourly Rate: $16.90 per hour (Non-Exempt)
This position is eligible for flat-rate booking verification bonuses and administrative incentives. Compensation for this unlicensed role is not tied to real estate sales, transactions, or property values, in accordance with California Department of Real Estate regulations.
The target annual compensation for this role is $70,000 comprised of $16.90 hourly plus per transaction payouts and opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $200,000+ for exceeding minimum production requirements.
