Qualifications

• Ability to conduct research to prepare accurate, engaging tour content and stay informed about destinations and attractions.
• Basic sales skills to support tour promotion and upselling of optional activities.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and adhere to tight schedules.
• Comfort working with student groups of varied ages and backgrounds, maintaining professionalism and safety standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends or multi-day trips.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel-related requirements; first aid or CPR certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in education, hospitality, or travel industries is beneficial.

Role Description
