Role Overview
We're looking for a globally minded Total Rewards Program Manager to take ownership of our global compensation and benefits programs. You'll be responsible for driving the execution, evolution, and day-to-day operations of Planful's total rewards strategy—ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our talent goals.
This role is central to enabling a great employee experience and supporting our ability to attract and retain top talent across Canada, the US, India, the UK, and Germany. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver programs that are well-run, data-informed, and clearly communicated to employees and managers.
