Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Total Rewards processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Support process optimization initiatives with documentation and recommendations.
• Coordinate Total Rewards projects, track deliverables, and support cross-functional sessions.
• Assist with design, testing, documentation, and implementation of process changes.
• Create process maps, workflows, and SOPs to define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs.
