Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in benefits or total rewards with hands-on self-funded plan experience.
• Direct, hands-on experience administering self-funded employer medical plans.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-funded medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.
• Serve as SME for self-funded medical plans and vendor relationships.
• Analyze claims, utilization, and costs; present recommendations to HR leadership.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment from planning to post-enrollment auditing.
• Maintain benefit reconciliations, eligibility audits, and HRIS data feeds.
• Support acquisitions and HR projects as needed.
