Job summary

Rincon Consultants seeks a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation and benefits design, delivery, and evolution. This role blends data, systems, and employee experience to keep programs competitive and equitable.

You will partner with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable, tech-enabled compensation processes, while promoting pay transparency and compliant practices across the organization.

• Experience leading pay equity analyses and ensuring fair pay practices.

• Design and evolve compensation philosophy to be market-informed and equitable.

• Manage salary structures, benchmarking, and job architecture.
• Design and improve technology-enabled compensation processes (annual + off-cycle).
• Partner with leaders to ensure consistent application of compensation guidelines.

Additionally, to promote in-person collaboration and client teaming, we prioritize hiring those who reside within 50 miles of a Rincon office which currently includes: Carlsbad, Fresno, Los Angeles, Monterey, Oakland, Palm Springs, Riverside, Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, San Diego, San Jose, Santa Barbara, and Ventura.
