Nando’s PERi-PERi USA is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards & HR Operations to lead benefits administration, leave management, HRIS configuration, and vendor governance from our Washington, DC area office. The role partners with People Team leadership to deliver compliant, efficient and employee-centered programs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in total rewards, HR operations and HRIS, with strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Benefits Administration, HR Operations, HRIS, Leave Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting ADP Workforce Now
• Experience administering employee benefits, leave programs, HR systems, and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and applicable state leave programs.
• Experience supporting compensation administration and salary benchmarking activities.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience working with HR technology platforms and data reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits administration and employee wellbeing programs across medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, and wellness.
• Coordinate annual renewals, open enrollment activities, employee communications, and program administration with vendors.
• Analyze participation, utilization, and cost trends to improve experience and performance.
• Support compensation administration, market pricing, salary benchmarking, and incentive analyses.
• Ensure HRIS configurations, data integrity, and security controls are maintained.
• Lead vendor governance, regular reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitor regulatory changes and manage required notices, filings, and audits.
• Develop reports on benefits, leave, compensation, and vendor performance for leadership.
