Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking interns for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Minnesota. The program runs May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, and requires availability to start May 17 and complete the full duration.

Interns will assist Total Rewards with job architecture, market pricing, data analytics, AI tooling, and global projects, gaining hands-on experience in compensation practices. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree with the first three years completed in HR, business, IO psychology or data analytics.
Analytical mindset with comfort using Excel and data tools.
Clear written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
Collaborative, curious about HR technology, automation, and AI.
Proactive, resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Support job architecture initiatives including mapping, leveling, and grading.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to inform competitive pay practices.
Assist with job descriptions and alignment to families, career levels and structures.
Analyze workforce data using Excel and HR systems to identify trends.
Support audits, reporting and documentation to improve data quality and decisions.
Test AI-enabled tools and explore automation opportunities in Total Rewards.
