NPR is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards to lead, modernize, and direct the operational foundations of benefits and compensation. This role drives a total rewards strategy to attract, reward, and retain top talent, reporting to the SVP People and partnering with Finance, Legal, and NPR leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Total Rewards and HR Technology.
• Experience designing compensation, benefits, and wellness strategies.
• Advanced HRIS expertise with UKG modules.
• Strong advisory, vendor negotiation, and data governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of Total Rewards and HRIS functions.
• Partner with SVP People, Finance, Legal to align rewards with business goals.
• Oversee benefits, retirement, and enrollment programs; manage vendors.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and reporting for total rewards.
