Mon-Thur)Pay: $24.50/hr (Base is 23/hr + 1.50 shift premium = $24.50/hr) A foundry runs better when someone pays attention to the details—clearing buildup, keeping equipment clean, and spotting repair needs early. We’re hiring a **Productive Maintenance** to help keep our production areas safe and ready for the next shift. **In this hands-on role, you’ll:**• Clean foundry equipment and surrounding production areas. • Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. • Flag equipment concerns for supervisors. • Help with equipment startup, shutdown, and production tasks as needed. Bring mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, and a willingness to work safely alongside your team. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; GEDWorks program eligibility is available.
