Job summary
Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to establish and lead our adult reconstruction service line in the Oak Brook, IL area. You will oversee a robust, established patient population and a high-volume practice, with opportunities to advance care pathways.
The role emphasizes building referral networks, improving workflows, and achieving outstanding patient outcomes within a value-based care framework.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Licensed in Illinois or eligible for Illinois licensure
- Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee preferred
- Experience with revision and complex arthroplasty
- Interest in building a comprehensive total joint service line
- Interest in value-based care and outcomes measurement
Responsibilities
- Help build and lead the adult reconstruction service line
- Manage established case volume with growth opportunities
- Develop referral relationships and improve workflows
- Lead a high-performing total joint program
- Collaborate with teams to enhance outcomes and patient experience
