Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Chicago seeks a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join and lead the adult reconstruction service line. The role emphasizes building a high-performing joint replacement program and developing referral networks.

You will oversee surgical care for primary total hip and knee arthroplasty, with a pathway toward physician partnership and equity. Robotic systems and EPIC EMR support clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board certified or board eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Illinois medical licensure or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the adult reconstruction/service line for joint replacement.
• Develop referral relationships and improve workflows across clinics.
• Mentor team members and drive outcomes and value-based care initiatives.
