Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a BC/BE Total Joint/Adult Reconstruction Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing, high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to shape our joint replacement program from the ground up, with a focus on complex primary and revision arthroplasty and strong APP support.

You will work in a collaborative environment with anesthesia, hospitalists, primary care and rehab, with a predictable schedule, strong infrastructure, and generous compensation

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility.
• ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses.
• Fellowship trained in Adult Reconstruction / Total Joint Arthroplasty preferred.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills in total joints.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a high-volume adult reconstruction program.
• Collaborate with anesthesia, hospitalists, primary care and rehabilitation.
• Perform complex primary and revision total joint arthroplasty.
