Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine seeks a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join and lead our growing adult reconstruction service line across our musculoskeletal network.

The role offers established caseloads with 400–600 cases per year from day one, plus opportunities to expand and collaborate across clinics. Partnership and equity may be available, with a data-driven, patient-first culture and access to robotic systems.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Licensed in Illinois or eligible for Illinois licensure.
• Demonstrated experience performing primary total hip and knee arthroplasty.
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee (preferred).
• Experience with revision and complex arthroplasty (preferred).
• Interest in developing a comprehensive total joint service line (preferred).
• Interest in value-based care and outcomes measurement (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Join and help build and lead the adult reconstruction service line.
• Establish referral relationships and improve workflows to support a high-performing joint replacement program.
• Focus on outcomes, patient satisfaction, and measurable clinical results.
