Henrico, Parham & Retreat Doctors' Hospitals in Virginia is seeking a fellowship-trained Joint Replacement Surgeon to build a high-volume elective practice and help lead a market-wide orthopedic program across Greater Richmond.

Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship in Total Joint Reconstruction; lower extremity focus; Virginia license or eligibility; strong leadership and program development interest; immediate APP support and broad referral network.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Total Joint Reconstruction required
• Lower extremity focused
• Virginia medical licensure or ability to obtain
• Experienced, growth-minded surgeon to build a high-volume practice
• Demonstrated interest in elective practice growth and program development, and leadership
• APP Support
• Broad primary, urgent care and specialty referral network
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
