MultiCare Allenmore Hospital in Tacoma, WA seeks a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to provide advanced joint preservation, replacement and revision care. You will join a collaborative team including physicians, APPs, nurses and therapists to restore function for patients with degenerative joint conditions.

The role emphasizes surgical excellence, patient education, and coordination with rehabilitation services to optimize outcomes.

Formación

• Board certified/eligible at time of employment.
• Licensed in WA by time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and diagnose joint-related disorders and musculoskeletal injuries.
• Perform total joint replacement procedures incl. primary and revision surgeries.
• Utilize minimally invasive, evidence-based techniques.
• Educate patients about procedures, recovery and non-surgical options.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists for post-op recovery plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation with the orthopedic provider team.
• Document encounters in compliance with hospital standards.
