Job summary

Upscale Home Care is seeking a dedicated Total Care Provider in the downtown Phoenix area. You will deliver compassionate in-home care, help with daily activities, and support clients to maintain independence with a focus on safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include medication management, meal prep, light housekeeping, and providing emotional support. A High School Diploma is required, with 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Compassionate and caring approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Administer medications and manage medical equipment as needed.
• Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Encourage independence while offering emotional support and companionship.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
• Participate in in-service training to stay current with best practices.
