Job summary

Upscale Home Care in Payson, AZ is seeking a compassionate In Home Caregiver to support seniors and veterans in their homes. You will deliver personalized care, assist with daily living activities, manage medications, and promote dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of healthcare experience, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of healthcare or caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stoop, reach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with clients, families, and care teams.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized in-home care and support, including daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and caregivers for seamless communication and care coordination.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment; manage medications and address concerns.
• Document client records and reports; communicate with care teams and families in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
