Job summary

LMI is seeking a Total Army Analysis Logistics Analyst to support HQDA G-4 logistics programs through strategic planning, analysis, and executive decision support. This role involves enterprise coordination and collaboration across federal defense programs.

Responsibilities include acting as SME on sustainment doctrine, participating in Army Analysis, analyzing force structure changes, and preparing charts and briefing materials for senior DoD officials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
• 3+ years' DoD logistics experience, Army preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on US Army sustainment doctrine and force structure.
• Participate in Total Army Analysis to balance force within end strength and redesign capabilities.
• Analyze organizational structures to assess changes and implications.
• Support scenario development and wargames; advise on sustainment impacts.
• Coordinate stakeholder activities to maintain momentum on major initiatives.
• Assess DoD and Army logistics doctrine to identify gaps and improvements.
• Review equipment placement and personnel to determine support and transportability impacts.
• Prepare written reports and deliver oral presentations to clients.
