We are seeking a Tosca Test Automation Engineer to support a mission-critical initiative focused on modernizing tax filing and vehicle registration systems. The ideal candidate brings strong test automation experience, thrives in collaborative environments, and can take initiative on routine testing tasks with oversight only on complex items.

• Create and execute model-based, data-driven test cases using Tricentis Tosca for tax, motor vehicle registration, and compliance systems.
• Log and manage detailed defect reports (including severity, reproduction steps, logs/screenshots). Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
• Regression Testing:
• Execute regression and service pack acceptance testing to validate system stability.
• Documentation & Support:
• Maintain robust test documentation and mentor junior QA engineers on Tosca testing frameworks and best practices.
• Compliance & Security:
• Follow all IT security and privacy standards for handling sensitive data in accordance with state-level compliance policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation.
• Tricentis Tosca certifications (AS Level 1 or 2) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. tax laws or vehicle registration processes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
