Job Title: Lead / Senior QA/Test - Test Automation Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA | Nashville, TN | Charlotte, NC | Birmingham, AL - Hybrid 3 days onsite

Contract to hire - Independent Contractor

Note: TOSCA and Qtest is must

Key Responsibilities:

• Take on a lead role or serve as the most senior member in a small team of 4, overseeing QA/test automation efforts.
• Lead and mentor the team in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and scripts.
• Utilize TOSCA and Qtest for test automation and test management.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand requirements and ask relevant questions to ensure testing aligns with business needs.
• Work within an Agile environment, contributing to sprints and iterations.
• Perform regular monitoring of work to ensure testing standards are met and quality is maintained.
• Conduct data health checks, with training provided for individuals new to this process.
• Support frontend development testing efforts, ensuring a comprehensive approach to automation.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests with development workflows.

Top Skills & Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in QA/Test Automation, with a proven track record of leading testing efforts.
• Experience with TOSCA and Qtest for automation and test management.
• Solid background in test automation within Agile environments.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners to clarify and test requirements.
