· Lead Active Workspace declarative and custom development, including commands, panels, tables, search, rendering, and role-based experiences.

· Coordinate CAD integration development and configuration for Creo, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Dispatcher, visualization, and file-processing scenarios.

· Support integration development with SAP, Polarion, migration tools, and enterprise services using approved interface patterns.

· Ensure unit testing, peer review, static analysis, traceability, and technical evidence are completed before promotion to higher environments.

· Partner with QA and functional teams on defect triage, root-cause analysis, test-data preparation, dry runs, and release acceptance.

· Coordinate environment deployments, smoke testing, rollback planning, and release notes with platform and support teams.

· Track development velocity, quality, defects, blockers, technical debt, and risks; provide clear status and recovery plans.

· Mentor developers, assign work based on capability, address skill gaps, and ensure strong collaboration across onsite and offshore teams.

· Experience with Teamcenter build, deployment, patching, environment promotion, and configuration management.

· Experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD, ERP, ALM, middleware, or enterprise services.

· Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex defects using logs, traces, code analysis, database queries, and reproducible test cases.

· Strong estimation, sprint planning, code-review, and team-management skills.

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills suitable for customer-facing workshops, reviews, demonstrations, and executive status discussions.
