Dal-Tile is seeking a QA Automation Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise automation frameworks. You will work with QA, Development, DevOps, and business teams to improve software quality and release reliability.
This role requires 7+ years in QA and test automation, 3+ years in automation architecture or leadership, and hands-on experience with Selenium, Tosca, and modern CI/CD tools. Office-based role in Dallas, 4 days/week.

The TOSCA QA AUTOMATION MANAGER is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions. This role partners with QA, Development, DevOps, and business teams to improve software quality, test efficiency, and release reliability across enterprise applications and platforms.
