Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer and a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking a TOSCA QA Automation Architect to drive enterprise automation frameworks and quality engineering across applications and platforms.

In this in-office role at 7834 CF Hawn Freeway, Dallas, TX, you will mentor QA engineers, define standards, and partner with QA, Development, DevOps and business teams to improve release reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of QA and test automation experience.
• 3+ years in an automation architecture or technical leadership role.
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, or UFT.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Jira or other test and defect management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and reusable automation components
• Define automation standards, best practices, and testing strategies across QA teams
• Lead automation initiatives for functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the SDLC
• Mentor QA automation engineers and provide technical leadership
• Analyze automation metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support enterprise applications, web platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions
• Participate in architecture reviews, release planning, and environment strategy discussions
