Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate tortilla-making machines and monitor equipment to ensure product quality.
• Manage the tortilla production process from dough preparation to baking, cooling and packaging.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products; communicate with suppliers.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations and PPE requirements.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor quality throughout production and adjust as needed for consistency.
• Package finished tortillas and document production quantities and incidents.
• Maintain production records and communicate issues to supervisors.
