Job summary

Red's All Natural, LLC is seeking a Tortilla Manufacturing Operator to help produce fresh tortillas to exacting standards. You will operate tortilla production machinery, monitor settings, and ensure safety throughout the shift.

The role requires standing for extended periods, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain quality and throughput. You will assist with setup/shutdown and log production data to support inventory management.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate tortilla production machinery safely to ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to maintain optimal production flow.
• Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist in the setup and shutdown of equipment as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Support inventory management by recording production data accurately.
