Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Packer to support packaging production lines, rotate through multiple packaging stations, and assist with QA tasks. You will operate packaging equipment, monitor product specifications, and enter data into the ERP system.

The role requires strong safety awareness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing or packaging; HS diploma or GED preferred, and flexibility to work weekends or varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Emphasis on safety and food safety standards.
• Able to read and follow product specifications and packaging requirements.
• Experience with ERP/machine logging for production data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment (Auto Baggers, Ilapak) and perform line rotations.
• Enter production data and report downtime and line issues in the system.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to SQF/GMP/HACCP safety rules.
• Assist QA activities such as pH checks and metal detection when required.
• Meet productivity goals according to the production schedule and shift plan.
