Qualifications

• One year of civil litigation experience after graduating from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions (affirmative and responsive), and discovery responses.
• Appear for hearings, depositions, conferences, and participate in trial rotation.
• Perform factual and legal research, interview witnesses, and draft trial submissions.
• Negotiate settlements when appropriate and assist with post-trial submissions.
