As a Toppers Insider, you will work in a fun atmosphere with a great team and can grow into a career with flexible hours—open seven days a week from 10 am to 4 am.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to Winona.
• Full time or part time availability.
• 18 years or older (for driver).
• Valid driver’s license held for at least two years.
• Vehicle that can pass inspection and is insured with the required liability insurance.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to prepare, clean, and restock as needed.

Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative (Insider)

• Prepare food for customers.
• Take orders in person and over the phone.
• Make dough, pizza sauce, and cut fresh veggie toppings.
• Stock ingredients at work stations including the walk‑in cooler.
• Clean equipment and store.

Delivery Driver

• Deliver pizza with a positive attitude and friendly energy.
• Handle customer interactions on the road.
• Ensure safe driving and vehicle maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities for both positions include:

• Food prep such as filling sauce bottles, cutting veggies, and restocking toppings.
• Answering phones and taking orders.
• Putting away truck orders and rotating product.
• Dishwashing and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Assisting insiders with making product.
