Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Guide plaintiffs through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses for case preparation.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
