Adams Homes, Inc. is seeking top-performing sales professionals in Demorest, GA to build a six-figure career with one of America’s leading homebuilders.

You will work on-site at new home communities, mastering our sales system, and becoming an expert on floor plans, pricing, financing, and local competition. You'll proactively generate leads, guide buyers from first contact to closing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Formación

• Active Georgia Real Estate License required.
• Coachable, accountable, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
• Committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Willing to follow a proven sales process.
• Pleasantly persistent in creating opportunities and building relationships.
• Availability to work on-site during weekends; model homes open daily.

Responsabilidades

• Work onsite in new home communities using a proven sales system.
• Become an expert on the community, floor plans, pricing, financing options, and local competition.
• Proactively generate leads and create new sales opportunities.
• Lead buyers through the homebuying journey from initial interaction through contract and closing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales targets and pursuing growth.
