Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside, B2C, or B2B sales experience; prospecting and technology knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship maintenance.
• Ability to take initiative, be assertive, and maintain a personable demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by analyzing current office technology and proposing custom solutions.
• Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client account management.
• Engage with potential customers to understand needs and present suitable Access products.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
