Job summary

Mobilelink LLC, Cricket Wireless’ largest authorized retailer in the United States, seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Memphis. You will deliver outstanding service in English and Spanish, tailor solutions for customers, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

Training and a defined career path support growth into leadership roles. The role involves store operations support, meeting sales KPIs, and occasional participation in community events.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages, English and Spanish required.
• Clear communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Honesty and integrity, good attitude, and reliability.
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the home store location with flexibility to work at multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
• Represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand professionally.
• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
