CenCore Group seeks an Access Control Officer to safeguard personnel and facilities, manage access, credentialing, screening, and incident response across post locations. The role requires strict adherence to SOPs, post orders, and security policies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a security team in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with Polygraph.
• Must possess and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph when required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage access for employees, contractors, visitors, and other authorized personnel entering restricted areas.
• Verify badges, credentials, and access authorization before permitting entry.
• Operate access control and screening equipment and monitor security systems.
• Maintain visitor records and credentialing actions across posts.
• Respond to security incidents and escalate per SOPs.
