Job summary

CenCore Group is seeking an Access Control Officer to protect personnel, facilities, and data across secure locations. The role involves managing access, screening visitors, credentialing, and monitoring security systems in a high-security environment.

The candidate will operate at multiple posts, maintain incident records, and coordinate with Government personnel and security teams to ensure compliance with Post Orders and SOPs. Strong judgment and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph.
• Must possess and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph when required.
• U.S. citizenship.
• High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English fluently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the access of employees, contractors, visitors, and other authorized personnel entering or exiting restricted and controlled areas.
• Verify badges, credentials, access authorization, identification, and other required documentation.
• Operate physical and electronic security systems as required by SOPs and policies.
• Monitor security events and alarms in real time and coordinate responses.
• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate response actions when required.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and security records.
