Job summary

Revolutional, LLC in Washington, D.C. is seeking a System Administrator to join our team full-time. The role covers installation, configuration, maintenance, and security of mission-critical IT infrastructure and providing end-user support.

An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, and the position requires flexibility between 1st and 2nd shifts (6am–2pm or 2pm–10pm ET). We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 5 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Security+ Certification.
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift (6am–2pm ET or 2pm–10pm ET)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and patches.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement security measures and perform regular audits.
• Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform backup and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
