Bailey Information Technology, LLC is seeking a Contractor Special Security Representative (SSR) to support USARCENT Staff Augmentation — G2 (Intelligence) Directorate at Shaw Air Force Base, SC. The role involves managing Special Security Office functions, ensuring proper handling, safeguarding, and accountability of sensitive intelligence information.

The position requires active TOP SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to complete training and CAC within specified timeframes.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Special Security Representative or SSO assistant.
Working knowledge of DoD/IC security policy and procedures.
Active TOP SECRET clearance at time of hire; interim clearances not accepted.
U.S. Citizenship required and fluent English.
Background check within first week and CAC within two weeks.
Complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within 30 days and annually.

Responsibilities

Administer day-to-day Special Security Office (SSO) functions for access, indoctrination, and accountability.
Process access requests, visit certifications, indoctrination/debriefing with government staff.
Maintain personnel access rosters and security documentation.
Support facility physical security compliance and inspections.
Advise personnel on information handling, storage, and reporting requirements.
