The ideal candidate will have a STEM degree, Java experience, and the ability to work in a SCIF, with TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph; experience with Spring, REST, and secure coding practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2 years software development experience or master’s in STEM.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years software development experience for level 3 or master’s with 3 years experience.
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance and CI Polygraph.
• Minimum 3 years’ Java development experience; OO design, data structures, algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based software applications for NASIC mission systems.
• Implement new features and enhance existing capabilities using modern Java frameworks and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues across environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and test procedures.
