Job summary

Kaiva Tech, LLC in Rosslyn, VA is seeking a Personnel Security Specialist to administer and oversee DoD personnel security operations under Contract HC101324P0002. The role requires active Top Secret / SCI eligibility and an on-site presence with limited telework.

The candidate will work with Program Managers, FSOs, CSMs, GSMs, and government stakeholders to ensure eligibility, access, and compliance across the employment lifecycle, including continuous vetting and adverse information reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of DoD personnel security, industrial security, or related experience.
• Experience supporting DISA, DoD, DCSA, IC, or federal agencies highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and adjudicate personnel security actions for contractor and government personnel.
• Coordinate clearance actions with DCSA, DISA and government offices.
• Support continuous vetting, insider threat coordination, and adverse information reporting.
• Ensure compliance with NISPOM and related regulations.
