Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Security Specialist to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) with robust security processes and clearances. You will manage Visit Access Requests, indoctrinations, travel notifications, and account verifications while maintaining personnel records across systems.

With a Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years related experience) and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, you’ll collaborate with program leadership and clients to ensure secure operations and rapid response

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience.
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
5 years' related experience required.
Strong written and verbal communications skills and ability to present to stakeholders

Responsibilities

In-process personnel supporting SDA
Process incoming and outgoing Visit Access Requests
Perform security indoctrinations
Process foreign travel notifications and debriefs
Provide clearance verification for account requests
Prepare documents and packages for mailing
Maintain/update personnel records in multiple systems
Provide support to internal Security functions including PHYSEC, OPSEC, and Industrial Security
Perform preliminary inquiries for security infractions/violations
